The Questions Buyers Ask Us Most
How do you guarantee the quality of each batch?
All raw materials are inspected to ensure the production quality. We will do five times tests on finished products before shipment. Goods will only be dispatched once all test indicators meet customer specifications.
Can I get a free sample before placing an order?
Sample is important for the formal order, especially, for the decolorization industry. We supply free sample for evaluation so your own laboratory can verify the grade before any formal order. And the customer will afford the freight.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For trial orders there is no fixed MOQ for common activated carbon — any quantity is workable. But for impregnated type, moq is 500kg because it needs complicated production process.
How long is production and delivery?
Production is normally 7 to 10 days after receipt of deposit (for 20ft), depending on quantity and grade.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T deposit with the balance against a copy of the B/L, an L/C at sight, or a combination of T/T deposit with L/C for the balance. Terms are agreed case by case and written into the contract.
How is the activated carbon packed and can packaging be customized?
Standard packing is 20kg, 25 kg or 500 kg bags. We also produce OEM bags to your own artwork and dimensions — send us your design and we will confirm the specification before production.
