Questions Buyers Often Ask
How do you guarantee the quality of each batch?
Four things happen before your container is loaded. Raw materials are tested on arrival at the plant. Production temperature and time are monitored and visualized through our management system. Each batch is blended and sampled several times. Finished product is inspected against the agreed TDS. On top of that, you are free to arrange third-party testing in any format you prefer, such as SGS.
Can I get a free sample before placing an order?
Yes. We supply free samples for evaluation so your own laboratory can verify the grade before any commitment. Courier costs for remote destinations are normally on the buyer’s account, and we will always propose the most economical option.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For trial orders there is no fixed MOQ — any quantity is workable. We will help you pick the shipping combination that gives the best cost per tonne for the volume you actually need.
How long is production and delivery?
Production is normally 5 to 7 days after receipt of deposit, depending on quantity and grade. Exact lead time and shipment schedule are confirmed on the proforma invoice before payment.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T deposit with the balance against a copy of the B/L, an L/C, or a combination of T/T deposit with L/C for the balance. Terms are agreed case by case and written into the contract.
How is the carbon packed and can packaging be customised?
Standard packing is 25 kg, 20 kg or 500 kg bags. We also produce OEM bags to your own artwork and dimensions — send us your design and we will confirm the specification before production.
